New project notebook page?

I've been wanting a new project notebook page and am very pleased with myself that the following code does NOT encounter the "Invalid XML for View Architecture" error. But, it doesn't appear either.project.project.my.treeproject.project How would you add a new notebook page for a Project? I've tried the following changes with the same (no new page) result: project.project.my.treeproject.project
